Common issues and solutions.
language WordPress Issues
"REST API not available"
Solution:
- Check if security plugin blocks REST API
- Ensure HTTPS is enabled
- Test: yoursite.com/wp-json/wp/v2/posts
"Invalid Application Password"
Solution:
- Generate new Application Password
- Use WordPress username, not email
- Remove spaces from password when pasting
key API Issues
"Rate limit reached"
Solution: Wait a few minutes — the Claude CLI slot pool will rotate to a free slot, or contact admin if rate-limit persists.
"AI provider unavailable"
Solution: Check the system status banner on the dashboard. The admin may need to refresh OAuth credentials.
campaign Campaign Issues
Campaign stuck at "Processing"
Solutions:
- Wait - system processes in batches
- Check API key balance
- Try pause and resume
Posts not appearing on WordPress
Solutions:
- Check WordPress → Posts → All Posts
- Look for "Scheduled" status
- Verify WordPress connection
