By accessing or using SEO Agent Team ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

SEO Agent Team is an AI-powered SEO content automation platform that provides:

  • Keyword expansion from a single seed keyword to 30-50 related topics
  • AI-powered original article generation (2000+ words per article)
  • AI image generation for featured images and content images
  • Automated publishing to WordPress sites via REST API
  • Campaign management with daily content scheduling
  • Customizable AI Agent Team templates

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

Payment Method:

  • We accept USDT (TRC20) cryptocurrency payments only
  • After selecting your plan, you will receive wallet address and payment instructions
  • Your subscription activates immediately upon payment confirmation
  • Payment is non-reversible due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions

Subscription Plans:

  • Starter Team ($14/month): 2 campaigns, 150 posts/campaign, flexible posts per day
  • Pro Team ($24/month): 5 campaigns, 300 posts/campaign, flexible posts per day
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance for the chosen period (1, 3, 6, or 12 months)
  • Longer billing periods receive discounts (up to 20% for annual plans)
  • When your subscription expires, your account reverts to limited access

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Generate content that infringes upon intellectual property rights
  • Create spam, malware, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent campaign limits
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use automated means to circumvent rate limits

6. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you publish using our Service. This includes:

  • Ensuring the keywords you provide don't violate any laws
  • Reviewing AI-generated content before final publication
  • Compliance with copyright and intellectual property laws
  • Accuracy and appropriateness of published content for your target audience

We do not claim ownership of content you create or publish through our Service.

7. WordPress Integration

The Service integrates with WordPress sites via their REST API. You are responsible for:

  • Providing valid WordPress credentials (Application Passwords)
  • Ensuring your WordPress site is properly configured for API access
  • Compliance with WordPress terms of service
  • Security of your WordPress credentials stored in our system

8. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses AI to generate original content. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content should be reviewed before publication
  • AI may occasionally produce unexpected or inaccurate results
  • You remain responsible for all published content
  • Content quality depends on the keywords and templates you configure
  • AI processing and image generation are included with your subscription plan

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEO AGENT TEAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which should survive termination shall survive.

12. Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. Due to the nature of digital services and cryptocurrency payments (USDT TRC20), we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Before purchasing, we recommend starting with a shorter billing period to test the service. By completing a payment, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy. If you cancel your subscription, your access continues until the end of your current billing period, but no partial refunds will be issued.
